A reading of John Bently’s beautiful and important 1999 work ‘100 Books’ was organised by Chiara Ambrosio at The Horse Hospital in London. Along with 98 other participants we each read one of the poems. The work was made in response to the killing of Nigerian writer Ken Sarowira in 1995. It was a wonderful and moving evening.
